Yes, You can setup email directories for each contact type on the job records - you can use the Lookup Email address in list you provide option. Then you will select the Database Record "JC Job", and pick the field (for Example - Project Manager) select prefill and all your PMs names will be listed.  you will then add email address.  Create an Email Directory for each team type. 

Thanks Bill, but this doesn't answer my question.  I'm familiar with the process you described above, but it is overly burdensome when project teams vary by the people involved.  We use the Site / Contact of PJ, not JC, to manage this with internal reports.  Reports typically look at a Project, find the Role of the person involved, look up that contact in the address book and populate information.  From what I can tell so far, it does't look like MyAssistant is sophisticated enough to make a multi-step leap on distribution. 

you can do the same type of email directory for PJ as you do JC.  Do you have the people listed by role on the PJ job setup?

Yes.

the only time you need to touch the email directories is when you have a new person that is added to a role.  I can see if you are adding people all the time - that would be a pain to have to open email directories to add employees - but if not this would be a good solution.
