Storing Owner Lien Waiver Data

I am trying to create a way to store the lien waiver data for each billing to the owner. so each time the owner is billed the client provides specific lien waivers - they want to log what was sent will billing. any ideas?

Hi Bill,

You may be able to accomplish this using custom fields on either the customer or the contract or both, and create a custom invoice design that reads those fields and prints the lien waiver along with the invoice.
