Admin User Deletion and New Admin Added

Hello,

I don't know if I am putting this in the right spot or not; however, I need to delete our previous Sage 300 administrator and add myself as the new admin. I have left two voice messages with Sage support and have yet to receive a callback. Help would be appreciated.

Since it looks like you are using Sage 300 CRE, I am going to move this post to the Sage Construction and Real Estate Support Group so that other users of this software will see it and can offer you their thoughts and insight.

Also, you will want to be sure to post future technical questions in the applicable product Support Group so that the right members see it and can offer assistance.
