I don't have experience with sage, but am tasked with writing some automation for exporting sage 300 construction service manager data into salesforce. I'm here to ask mostly about the best way to export the data out of service manager - I've looked into the Sql Replicator, which I will see if that is maybe already set up, but was wondering if there are other ways people might recommend. The data will be exported regularly, but never imported, and I'm only concerned with records that have been added since the last export. I could probably make something like a CSV work, but it would need to be able to be generated automatically. I've poked through one or two of the .DAT files in the "Current Data Folder/SMData" (I assume those files contain the service manager data) - but those don't seem to be easily able to be parsed. The version is also 17.1.7 if that is relevant.
