Inquiry information

A customer has conditions set in inquiry but they do not have Inquiry Assistant.  How did the conditions get there?  How do I remove the conditions?

    Hi Patty,

There are a couple of reasons this could happen. Inquiry Designer may have been installed in the past and later relinquished, and the changes could have been made during that time.

Also your Sage Consultant can modify an inquiry and send you the file that would give you the updated inquiries. The process for that can be found in the Sage Knowledgebase:

    https://support.na.sage.com/selfservice/viewdocument.do?noCount=true&externalId=24835

If you would like to return all of the inquiries for that application back to default, you can rename the XXuser.inq file found on your server:

    \ProgramData\Sage\TIMBERLINE OFFICE\9.5\Accounting\Inquiry

Yes, I'm interested too. And everyone has a waiting list, so to speak, a backup folder, where they store good portfolios just in case some place becomes vacant for the person who wants it. I really like one construction company http://www.hardman-de.com/technology.html but they have not responded to me for a long time. I would like to gain experience specifically in such a campaign, because they are engaged in multi-storey building not only residential buildings, but also commercial and industrial. I think it is very interesting. In addition to university education, I regularly attend advanced training courses, I receive new diplomas and I have more theoretical knowledge than I need. But with practice it is harder, you have to fight for getting at least minimal experience. By this, yes, I decided that maybe a company of not large sizes would give a small position with the opportunity to study and grow further.
