I have a tenant who's tenant ledger cuts off after October. I cannot find a reason for this and so far this is the only tenant that this has happened to. Charges have been created after October and payments have been received. Everywhere else shows record of payments and charges, except for the tenant ledger. Would anyone have any suggestions as to why this would happen and how to fix it?
