Docuvault Printer Document Management and Windows 10

We have a long time running issue that is becoming more serious with the impending lack of Windows 7 support.  I have found that any users who are on Windows 10 cannot consistently get print jobs sent to Docuvault to show up in their inboxes properly.  Sometimes they are blank but more often they are missing parts of the document.  I have tested this for hours with DPI changes, different ways of printing, etc but it is very random and the issue always seems to happen on all Windows 10 machines regardless of profile, who is logged in, etc...it has been happening since 15.1 and has never gone away.

The only thing I see that is consistent is that it usually does not happen if the documents are printed from their C drive or a Shared drive.  It mostly, if not always, happens when documents are opened out of an email.  We use Outlook 2013 (32bit) but we use that same software on Windows 7 machines (both 32 and 64bit OS) and do not have the issue...only on Windows 10.

Anyone ever see this or crack the case?  Sage Support has not figured it out yet.   I realize DM is eventually going away but we are using it as of now.
