Certified Payroll Report -- NY

It looks as if we had a consultant previously do some modification on the Certified Payroll Report for one of our companies that is working in NY.  Looking at the report it looks as if the PR - Employee Employee Class field was added as the main change.  After talking with Payroll, this should be the PR-Time Union Class field that is needed for the report.  I have yet to figure out a way by changing the fields and then changing the print control options that I can have it print if the employee has multiple records for a pay period that tie to two different Union Classes.  I've checked the raw data and there are indeed two fields that it should be pulling the data into the report for.
