Probably not the answer you are looking for, but just my opinion -- I would never submit these forms in Excel format.  This allows your customer to change the pay applications as they see fit, which infringes on your control.

Good morning..Yes i totally understand where you are coming from. It is a program that the University is using. I would enable the spreadsheet.

We have a similar issue. If you have not already resolved this issue, I have an Excel template set up like the  AIA G702 & G703. I can send it to you. You can't export, but re-entry is not difficult.

One option to consider is adding Office Connector as an add-on to Sage 300 CRE. Office Connector generates reports in Excel and can be customized to generate any type of report or form.

There are additional features that many Sage 300 CRE users find helpful.

I have the opposite problem.  My crystal file is for an older version of the 702 & 703.  We've been using excel manually and would like to update our system with the latest version of the report.  Can anyone point me in the right direction to source this crystal report?

I had the same problem last year. I had to purchase crystal software and go into crystal reports to adjust them.
