The best process will depend on what type of change are you needed to make. Is sounds like you tried to use Change Posted Time but were unable to due to the different taxes. What changes are you needing to make?

In that case, we recommend voiding the check and re-entering it. With negative entries and jobs in different tax districts, you have to be careful as Payroll does not calculate negative taxable wages - so this really only works if on this check with negative entries, there are other entries to that same local so the net total for that state or local on this check are positive - otherwise your wages may appear to be overstated.
