Sage 300 CRE can do this for you with the MyAssistant add-on. In addition to emailing direct deposit stubs, it also can notify you when conditions exist int he software that you would like a heads-up on, like cost codes that are over budget or jobs that haven't been billed for a while.

I agree.  MyAssistant has been a life-saver!  In addition to emailing the direct deposit notices automatically each week, you can also add other attachments (like when we need to promote Open Enrollment activities, Company outings, etc).
