Emailing Contract Billing

I was wondering if there is an easy way to associate a list of people that need to be emailed contract based invoices. I currently have to create a list in a seperate document and search them all but is there a way that when you go to email the contract based invoice that it will bring up a list of people or even the contacts on the job?

Hi Kprinse,

If you have Project Management, you can setup a list of contacts on your job. There is information in our knowledgebase at www.sageKB.com about how to do this:

Thanks! I created a distribution list, but now how do I set it up so that in Contract Billing it automatically uses those contacts?

Hi,

if you have MyAssistant you can accomplish this. Are you wanting to deliver Contract Invoice via email to customers or another group? Either way you can deliver that data via MyAssistant. What is the end goal?
