I did similar to that, I didn't use an agreement, under the location i used or entered a piece of equpment.  Under the pm task tab on the equpment I added a task, for the agreement value I left it at none.  Then on schedule I set he schedule I wanted.  On the scheduled dates I got a regular ticket to the D board column for the tech I entered on the general tab.  Since there is no agrement to stop it, it will run until you inactive it at the general tab on the Pm task. I tried them with an agreement, but you have to credit off the agreement bill if you dont want it, then when you bill you change the non billable flag on the work order register to N, top row, far right value, so you can create your billabel ticket line, but the did expire that way.  Good Luck
