IO-WIN 59 error

Hoping someone can help us out with this error we have been receiving in every module since October. Our IT company cannot fix the problem. we are running on

Version: 18.2.2 (18.2.2 CD)

the information in the knowledgebase did NOT stop the error.

We are having the same issue. It has also been since around October. I have reinstalled on both Client Computers and verified permissions, versions & network settings are all correct. I went through the linked article and we have done all of that and the issue persists.
