We are a medium sized firm based in NJ with 99% of our workforce in NJ (one employee in PA). One of our employees is moving to Maryland and will continue to work from there. So, I need to know what I have to do to have an employee in Maryland. Can someone from Maryland point me to the best resource where I can find info about MD payroll taxes? And, give me the lowdown on how often you remit to MD and any other pertinent info I might need to know?
