It's a separate module Sage offers to automate a lot of reporting options. We are rolling out direct deposit and wanted a way to email paystubs to our employees. We haven't fully deployed yet but have been working to get it set up so they will be sent securely.

MyAssistant is an add-on for Sage 300 CRE that has numerous features. Think of it as a virtual assistant that can keep you "in the know" for your business.
Just a few of the features include:
Automatically generating and emailing reports - For example sending weekly progress reports to you and your project managers to make sure they are staying on budget.
Emailing direct deposit notifications to employees.
Sending notifications to catch potential issues, for example notifying you automatically if a job hasn't been billed in over 60 days or a vendor invoice is past-due.

We have been looking for an option to be able to have our employees get their information remotely, does this program do that type of thing too? Usually Sage add on's are expensive. Do you feel it is cost effective?
