State of IL requiring certified wage reports to be created in csv format to upload to site starting September 1st.

Question

We have a couple of clients asking about the state of IL requiring certified wage reports to be in csv file format to upload. The state is requiring this starting September 1 but I have not been able to get a sample of what this report needs to look like yet either. 
 1. Does anyone know if Sage or Aatrix is going to create such a report? 
 2. Does anyone else all ready have it built. That we can get a copy of the report? 
 3. Does anyone else need this report if we have to build such a report?

FYI - I have created an Office Connector report in Excell that pulls needed content from Sage 300 CRE to create the needed CSV file. Also, the use of the report requires some custom fields to be created in PR. If anyone is interested please contact me kevine@bangertinc.com and we can talk about cost and requirements.

There was a webinar with DOL earlier this week and they have an excel template on the website that you can use and save as a .csv file for uploading. They are asking for a lot more informaiton than what is on our current certifed payroll report that prints. I would be interested in knowing if Sage/Aatrix will be having this form available for us as well.
