I've never run into this exact issue, but I've had billing issues when we forget to "close month" in the Contract module. I think if it gets more than two months behind in the Contracts module it affects the Billing module. 

Maybe that will help?

Which modules did you post in?
We post in BL, AR, CN when doing contract billings. If we miss one or do it out of order, it doesn't bring all the information over.

I just looked at both of your suggestions and both right!  I hadn't closed out the month of May for Contracts.  I closed out both May and June and re-posted, and the billing fell right in line. Thank-you!  Need to make an Outlook reminder to close out every month!  Thanks.
