ServiceTrade Connector

SOLVED

Does anyone use ServiceTrade?  I was just quoted an astronomical amount to set up a Connector - and then what seems to me a rather large annual fee.  I'm just curious to see if anyone out there uses ServiceTrade and can you tell me if it's worth the money?

    Hi Terese

I am a Sage 300CRE Senior Consultant. I have hands on experience with Service Trade. The integration for Sage 300CRE to work, is very expensive. I am not sure if you are aware, but Sage 300CRE has a service application that is fully integrated. We have Sage Service Operations that is web based and is also fully integrated with the Service module for field techs etc. I would check into this before investing in a 3rd party that may not be as integrated as they state. I have two disappointed clients that have already invested way to much in Service Trade.

Thank you Tammy - I thought the numbers looked extremely high.  We are with ServiceTitan and they had promised us integration with Sage almost a year and a half ago to no avail.  I am considering other options.  I really appreciate you taking the time to answer my query!

    Hi Terese,

I would highly agree with Tammy in regards to both Service Mgmt. in Sage and the integration with the cloud based application of Sage Service Operations.  We had been utilizing SM in Sage for over a decade and recently implemented SSO to accompany it and the results have been good for us!  Our technicians are now able to directly enter PR time and other register items directly onto our work orders, and it has also aided us in the scheduling of both our jobs and technicians as well.

    Hi Therese,

Let me know if you would like more information and/or a demo of Sage Service Operations / Sage Field Operations and I can have someone reach out to you.

    Thanks!
