Can anyone confirm what the field "GLM_MASTER__ACCOUNT"."CCurrent_Period_Activity" does? Does this take the overall balance of current period activity?

That stores the current activity for Cash Basis accounting method. 

There is a document in HELP, Product Documents that outlines the process to add a "canned" task in My Assistant.  If you click on HELP, Product Documents in Sage Desktop then select Sage 300 CRE, then version 18.1 through 18.4, look for the My Assistant Users guide there.  I think the information you are looking for is on page 13 (Activating a prebuilt task). Hope that helps, as I am not familiar with MYA.

I appreciate the help, but the prebuilt task for what I want to do is not listed.

You could absolutely write a formula to sum the accounts or you could design a Crystal report to give you that information and then have it sent via MyAssistant. If you would like help with either one, please send me an email at [email protected]
