'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown while using Paperless

'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown while using Paperless, by different users performing different tasks.

  • We have this same issue on an ongoing basis. I have dealt with Sage and our IT company extensively. IT blames the software, Sage blames the hardware. We have upgraded our servers with more memory, we have freed up memory usage, as well as upgraded employee workstations. All of our hardware substantially exceeds the minimum requirements, and recommended requirements for operating sage paperless and the issues still persists. No one has yet to provide a solution. Sage even went as far as upgrading us to a beta version 20 in hopes that it would fix the issue and still was not corrected.

    Unfortunately you will need to continue restarting paperless each time it throws the error as there is currently no fix that Sage, IT or myself are aware of.

    Thank you for the quick and honest answer. I often have the same it's ITs fault no it's Sage's fault with many issues.  We seem to be not be able to complete any tasks at this point, so this is very disappointing to hear. I'm hoping my IT company has some insight, but they haven't responded to me yet.
