Support - would not invest

Where is support??? No grace period and cancelled my knowledgebase...no access, even though invoice paid days ago still no access to downloads or anything...where is support??? If considering purchasing product better do homework I have been a customer for over 10 years and this is how I have been treated.  Very disappointed with Sage and you pay a lot of money for not receiving much.  Since you do not offer much support will be time to look for another provider as you are leaving me no choice.
