We email out paystubs using Sage MyAssistant. We have just a handful of paper stubs that print (on plain paper) that are also generated by Sage MyAssistant. Also, hh2 offers electronic paystubs via an app employees can download that integrates with Sage.

Emily - with the hh2 does it intergrate well with Sage? do they help with creating the form?

I don't have HH2 but I believe they integrate well with Sage and they have a template form already setup that they will help you modify if needed.

I asked the same questions a little while back and someone responded that they have taken one check and blacked out the check number, routing number, and account number and then made copies of that to use. I believe with doing this then you will have all of the headings for the columns.  I am not sure what prints on plain paper as we have not started direct deposit yet. We will be starting direct deposit in December and I will be trying it on plain paper and if we do not like that then I will try using a copy of an altered check.
