Reports to help determine if we qualify for the next round of PPP loans.

SUGGESTED

Is there a GL report that will compare revenue numbers from last year to this year that we can use to see if we qualify for the next round of PPP loans?

I've been watching your post because I had the same question.  I found these details elsewhere and they worked for me.  I ran the report for the 2020 quarters and again for the 2019 quarters.  While there was a little bit of leg work and not the report I was hoping, it worked out.  I plugged all the income info into an Excel sheet to have data together in one spot for comparison purposes.

    Hope this helps you.

From the Financial Statement Designer File menu, select Open.

    1. Select your income statement design and click Open.
    2. File, Save As, save as a different name (example:QTD Income Statement), click save.
    3. Double click on the Current Period Activity column.
    4. Click GL Field, select QTD Activity, and click OK.
    5. From the File menu select Save As and save your design using a new name.

Note: The QTD activity is a canned field in the software. The information pulls from the calendar set in General Ledger.

Nic CCC, How did you run the report for 2019?  I roll back 13 months and get a report with no data.

I'm not sure why there would be no data.  Do you have new, current, history selected?  When I did the rollback my data showed.  I was able to run a report for each quarter in 2019 as well as 2020.

I'm not sure of the company that also responded, they may be a 3rd party that would charge.

When running  Financial Statements under Reports we do  not get the option to select new, current, or history.  these are run out of Financial Statement Designer.  When I run an Inquiry I can select those option of new, current or history, but not in the saved reports

Is there something I am missing when running a report?

Try running the report out of the General Ledger.  GL, Reports, Financial Statements, Individual Statement -select the quarterly report, select your rollback month.

Yes, I have tried this, but the report will not provide figures beyond 1 year of my fiscal year closure.  We closed FY20 6/30/2020.  I can only pull back and get results to 7/1/2019.  If I try to pull 06/30/2019 I receive the values as *.

hmm. my rollback gives the option of 25 months.  I wonder if there is a knowledgebase or something to see how you could go back further
