Sage Service Operations DBoard/Dispatch Scheduler

Good Afternoon,

We are fairly new to Sage Servic e Operations and would like to talk with someone about best practices for scheduling

A couple notes about what we have in place

  1. Property managers are using the customer portal to enter new work orders
  2. We are using PM agreements to schedule recurring work.  Those are all stacked up at the start of the month, we are working on getting them adjusted to stagger in the month.
  3. We have about 300 active work orders at any given time because of new and multi day.  We have the tech capacity to complete about 100-150 per week.
  4. Rolling the dboard just puts everything on the current date, which is not feasible and doesn't give the client in the portal meaningful information on when the work is being completed.

We realize we need to stagger the current workload, but realize it will just get piled up again if it isn't managed.  I'm hoping someone would be willing to share their best practices for managing and maintaining the dispatch scheduler.
