Yes, I have been using PM since 2000 It works well for the most part

also, i watched the Kathy Montrose webinar a few weeks ago. She had some great tips for PM - scheduled increase letter; Automatic Billback from AP and setting up paths for printout filing (if you use print to file - and I recommend you do if you do not want to print lots of excess paper)
