Run multiple reports at once?

Is there a way to create a report group? When I make financial statements, I can combine multiple financial statement reports into a financial statement group and by choosing that group to print, it will print all my financial statements for the selected company at once.

is their a way to do this with other reports? I want to select one report group to then run my Trial Balance, General Ledger, Detailed Aged Rec, Period End Payable and so on. Just enter in my cut-off date select, my company and print. Essentially print all the support for inside Sage for my monthly close all at once.

The more practical application of this would be allowing our President to print all these reports in one batch since he's unfamiliar with the software. So when an investor or the owner wants information immediately he's got it all right their on hand.

  • MyAssistant would be a great way to do this. You can schedule it to run on a certain day of the month and be sent to a certain group of people. That way the whole thing is automated and you don't have to think about it.
