How to generate a report for a specific project based on 'Business Enterprise Type'?

Hello! I am trying to easily identify what percent of committed costs on a specific project is MBE/WBE? I see in address book, there is a 'Business Enterprise Type' section that allows me to check off what category a particular vendor or subcontractor falls into, but do not know how to have this show up on my cost reports so I can easily see what % has been spent on those categories.

Thnaks!

    Hi Marianne,

If you own Project Management, there is a report for this - in Reports, Job Contact Lists, Business Enterprise Type. It prints the job, the vendor, and the commitment amount and percentage of the total contracted for the job.

If you don't own Project Management, you can add the report to your Job Cost menu from the Report folder. The design name is "PJ Business Enterprise Report.rpt."

Here are the steps to add a report to the menu:

    support.na.sage.com/.../viewdocument.do

    Thanks!
