License Expire

I have been getting a warning that "license will expire in 60 days since all recent attempts to contact Sage have failed.  Please click Update in License Administrator to fix the issue."   Can someone help me with this?

    Thanks for reaching out. Believe I found the account ending 400xxxxxx367 and yes the service end date is 07/03/2021 for the Gold plan on the account. It's not set to autormatically renew.

    Although the below is a new feature, I believe you should be able to log onto customers.sagenorthamerica.com/ to approve the invoice so it'll go through. Your login for this site is your email [email protected] (just refreshed your login so you should be ok to access everything). 

    Visiting the Customer Portal's Message Center to approve a renewal invoice
    To approve a pending renewal, once logged onto the Customer Portal, visit the top right ribbon area and select "My account" then click on "Message Center"

    After selecting your product, you'll have a listing of available line items, double click into it. The page will redirect to show a full view of the invoice's details and allow you to access a PDF version in full. Review and click on "Accept Invoice" to approve the renewal transaction.
