Can I customize the overtime and doubletime rates in service management? Currently these rates are calculated using the sales rate multiplier on the pay ID setup but our overtime and doubletime rates are not calculated using a standard multiplier for all.  We have several rate tables and we are union so we have several standard labor rates as well.  Will we have to manually enter the OT and DT rates on the register?
