Contract Management Software

I am looking for Contract Management Software that will Intergarte with Sage 300. We need an e-signature capabilty as well as the abilty to redline and track the status of our PO's and Subcontracts. Any advise is greatly apprecaited.

  • As mentioned by others, Procore will allow you the functionality, but I hesitate to recommend them if you think you’re getting a fully integrated system that will generate efficiencies. I haven’t heard a bad thing about the document control and drawing markup, so if you’re looking for a cloud-based document control with no financial integration then it might be a good fit, because Procore is great at that. If you want financial information to sync, then I’m going to share what I wish I knew ahead of time.

HH2 built a good connector tool, but it’s important to know that Procore has no control over it or the ability to customize it, and not everything syncs. Since this is a bridged connection with 300CRE and not a direct integration with 300CRE, there will be set workflows that you have to follow to make it work. Be aware that there will be additional administrative time in:

    • Syncing information across systems
    • Troubleshooting why items won’t sync
    • Digging for unsynced items
    • Fixing errors with synced items
    • Latency issues (with Procore servers)

Unless you are willing to redesign your workflows and accept that not all data transfers, you are going to end up with data silos and increased burden on the accounting/finance dept. to reconcile differences.
