Event Log Error

We are having issues with our Procore Connector so we are trying to troubleshoot the issue. Procore is saying it is a Sage issue but since we can't get any support with this I am trying to rule out everything I can.  We did review our Event Log and are getting this error message:

"SQL Reset Password Failed:  For logging in to the SQL Server, you have entered an incorrect user name or password."  I have not been able to find a KnowledgeBase article regarding this.  We have not been trying to reset our password.

We also just started getting the License Expired error message which started last Friday.

Anyone have any ideas or solutions?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I had the same issue with Procore not syncing with Sage 300CRE.  After a week of back and forth with both Sage and Procore, it was determined that my sync issue was created by the license issue.  When Procore tried to login to Sage, a popup that the license was expiring in 60 days needed a response, which Procore couldn't reply to and so the login attempt failed.  I hope you get it figured out.
