Is this in web screens or the desktop? Possibly a corrupt font cache.

IT guy says it is not likely any corrupt file as it is a new install.  It iis on my desktop and just Sage that the problem occurs.  The fonts on popups are stretched.

You can still try and rebuild the font cache in Windows. Sage will use standard fonts. Can you do a screenshot? Just because it's a new install, it doesn't mean something hasn't gone wrong somewhere which it obviously has.

KB 35557 titled "Is there a setting to change the text or font size of my display menus/inquiries/windows?" may help, it contains some resources for adjusting Windows resolution settings.
