In AP invoices aren't PRINTED per say, so I am not sure I understand the question. If the AP invoice is attached to the AP Invoice record you can open the attachment and print it from there, but otherwise there is no task that actually prints AP invoices. 

Invoices that are created in Billing can be reprinted. There is not an option in AR to PRINT invoices.  AR can generate Retainage billing documents and credit memo documents, but doesn't produce hard copy invoices either.  Invoice documents are produced out of Billing or Service Management (and sometimes using a 3rd party product) How you reprint will be determined by the application and task you print the hard copy of the invoice to begin with.

There is not a way to reprint the BL, Print Invoices journal unless you printed it to file instead of directly to the printer.

 You might be able to recreate it using Reprint
