1099-NEC Recipient Copies

Question

I'm having problems printing the recipient copies of the 1099-NEC. Last year, the report printed 4-up on a blank form with each box having the same recipient information. The form was put back through the printer to then printed the instructions on the back. This year, the form is being printed in all four boxes but the recipient information is different in all four boxes and there is no option to print the instructions. Does anyone know what's going on? The forms, as printed, won't fit into the envelopes and I shouldn't have to use 4 pages in order to get 4 recipient copies to send out when I have less than four vendors receiving a 1099-NEC. Am I just missing something? 
 
 We're using version 20.3.1 and Aatrix updated when I opened it for the first time.

Hi Coral, 
 It sounds like you are printing the Payer copy that you would keep for your records. Those print 4 vendors per page. You can confirm the form you are printing at the top of the preview window. Here is what the recipient copy looks like:

The 4-up form that you posted with 4 different recipients is the "Payer Copy" (your copy, for your files) as noted in the lower right corner of each form ("Copy C for PAYER"). The Payee Copy will have the same payee on all 4-up copies on a page, as it has in the past.
