Hi Susan,

The standard setup for sick pay will have that box checked to allow sick balances to roll over to the new year. Balances are calculated from the total accrued less the total taken.

In your case, you would need to take the YTD ACcrued - Prior YEar Accrued - Prior Year accrued - Prior Year taken to get the balance.

Since we normally print the Employee Earnings Totals report as part of our month-end processing and this is where my YTD totals are off now due to the paid sick time from the prior year, I will need to use some other reports or manually change this one.
