I am trying to do T4s and the information is not transferring over to the Aatrix T4 form so that I can make adjustments to the necessary pays for pensions etc.

I go into Payroll and try to run T4s for 2021.  Aatrix does its updates, it walks me through the initial set up where I can verify all of the company information etc. and then when we get to the point that I should be verifying the employees wages/CPP/EI/Taxes etc., that information does not appear on my screen.  In previoius years, I used to get all of those columns show up so that I could make my pension adjustments etc., this year, I cannot get more than a couple of columns.

What is wrong?

    Thank you Rhonda, however, if you go to this link and click on the T4 section and then go to page 41, you would see where there are the blue boxes with the employee information in them, and then the white boxes with the income etc. in them that you can adjust if need be.  Those white boxes will not appear on my screen during the
    Aatrix process so I cannot make any adjustments.  I have the set up of my T4s with this information in them, but they just are not carrying over to the Aatrix file.  I have spoken to Aatrix and they tell me it's a Sage problem.  I am wondering if anyone else has this issue and what they did to fix it?
