I can log into the sagecity on a web browser, but receive this: Desktop Home Page: Error 1020 Access Denied. www.SageCity.com

This error shows when I log into Sage via our cloud based Swizznet server and is one of the tabs that appear.

Access was denied Error code 1020

You do not have access to www.sagecity.com.

The site owner may have set restrictions that prevent you from accessing the site. Contact the site owner for access or try loading the page again.

I contacted Swizznet and they told me it is a known Sage error, contacted Sage and was told to delete browsing history, etc.  That did not work. This is happening to everyone here.

    Hi Deb,

    Thanks for posting about this issue.  We have escalated this to the Sage 300 CRE product team since the link experiencing an issue is within the product and not the direct link accessed from a web browser, which you are not experiencing an issue with (and none have been reported by any other customers).  We will post a further update once we have more information to share.
