Import of employee information from Arcoro into Sage CRE

Question

We are currently finishing up our Open Enrollment using Arcoro, and I would like to import this data into Sage 300 CRE since the sync they are developing is not finished yet. 
 We mainly need the selections they made, deduction ID's so payroll can run with their current and correct deduction amounts. 
 Is there a format for how the data needs to look to be able to import these values into Sage?

 Ended up using Access to do Updates / Appends on the data, went smooth...

 From within Sage 300 CRE, there is no ability to import Employee Deduction data. Sage has an article ( View Document - Sage Knowledgebase ) that describes how to use Microsoft Access to update General Ledger information. This process can be used to Create/Update Employee Deduction information, though the table and field information will obviously be different. I would recommend creating a backup of your data prior to attempting this as restoring from the backup will likely be the easiest way to reverse any unintended changes. I would also recommend contacting your Sage Certified Consultant for assistance as they can either assist with this process or they also have access to another tool designed for database setup.
