how do you process a second payroll for bonuses?

this payroll would only have taxes and 401k deduction withheld from the employees. Normally payroll is setup for direct deposit but with bonuses payroll we physically print a check.

We would enter the bonus checks first. Then you click on Print Checks.

Then we would enter regular time and process as normal.

Since your employees are direct deposit, you will have to change how the employee is paid in each employee setup.

Run the payroll, then change each employee back to direct deposit.
