I believe the problem is in this screen:

There was a list displayed when clicked on the List button, now it displays nothing.

Any ideas?

One more question regarding this, is there a way to recover the deleted revenue rate table?

There may be a way, but I don't know how.  You can contact Sage Support through Sage Desktop - Help - Sage Support.  It most likely depends upon backups you've made so you might look at the location where you save backups to see how recent those are before you contact them.
