Delinquent tenants inquiry error

Hello,

We use the Property Managment Delinquent Tenants inquiry to see balances that are past due. As of last week we can no longer click on the Balance column dollar amount to see the detail. We get an error that says

"No open item records for this lease."

Our steps are Inquiry \ Delinquent leases/tenants \ Lease\Retail\Property \ Tenant \ Current \ Tenant

    Hi Shadra,

    Did a condition get saved on that inquiry? After you double-click the balance to drill down and click ok on that message, does the blue funnel icon have a check mark on it? If so that means there is a condition. Click that blue funnel to see what the condition is and/or delete the condition.

    If there is no condition, if you change the view selected from "Delinquent Open Item Info" to "Open Item Information", does anything change?
