Customer viewable notes not appearing in purchase orders / Service Management

About 4 days ago (11/17/22) , suddenly the customer viewable notes on our purchase orders stopped appearing. The "Customer Viewable" box is *definitely checked. Has anyone else experienced this or found the solution?

Thanks

Have you recently upgraded?  SM is very particular about filenames for default forms and reports, meaning you cannot, say, have a custom name for certain of them.  You have to customize them and keep the same filename.

When you upgrade, your SM reports folder (or at the very least any customized reports) should be copied beforehand and then restored to that folder as the upgrade replaces files.

My first impression is that perhaps your company has customized these forms to include the customer viewable notes (it's not automatic on everything as you might expect), and then an upgrade "refreshed" the report to it's default format.

If you need help looking at the report design to see if it includes these notes, shoot me an email.
