Ohio W2s Ohio Business Gateway

Question

Apparently, even though Aatrix will upload W2s to the state of Ohio for you, I am reading that all employers with over 10 W2s must upload W2s manually on the Ohio Business Gateway in EFW2 format. If this is true, I am at a loss. Does anyone know this to be true? Does anyone have experience in this scenario? We have already efiled through Aatrix. How can you export W2s from Aatrix in EFW2 format?

Circling back to close this matter: 
 I spoke with the State of Ohio regarding this, and they indicated to me that " the way you did it last year was acceptable " (which means submission through Aatrix is acceptable since that is all I did last year). 
 Guess the language within OBG is slightly misleading.
