How do you reprint Payrol Direct Deposit Notification stubs?
Thanks.
Janice
We use MyAssistant to send out our Direct Deposit Notification stubs but we always print the stubs to PDF when generating Direct Deposits in PR. If you print to PDF when generating, then you can print and reprint the notification stubs whenever you want.
Once you have finished generating direct deposits, you can't reprint them again from within PR. You have to use something like MyAssistant.
I have never found a way to reprint. So, here for the answer.
Janice -
A. You would have to void the direct deposit checks, regenerate them to reprint them thru the application.
B. You can have a report designed that replicates the direct deposit stub and could theoretically be used with a product like MyAssistant.
C. If you used a product like PrintBoss, then you can always reprint check AP or PR checks / Deposit Notifications be design of the software if configured properly for any reason. (ie - the printer jams)
From a flexibility standpoint, I would suggest Option C unless you feel you could get use out of what MyAssistant has to offer. If you need assistance with Option B or C, I would be more than happy to discuss these with you. You can contact me offline at [email protected] and we can schedule a discovery call to see what option would work best for you.

Thanks for the responses. I suspected I would need to buy MyAssistant (@$3,000 per license). You can reprint PY checks, but since we use direct deposit, we can't. This should be doable within payroll without having to buy additional licenses or software, but I digress.
I have done Crystal reports for my clients that allow for the reprinting of any checks. Direct Deposit or actual Checks. Posted or not.
My direct deposit notifications are saved right in my Sage data folder. I can access them at any time and reprint as often as needed. You have to save them to this file when you first generate your direct deposit files. No other program is needed. I just started using direct deposit in December and have not had any issues going back re-printing a notification if needed. Hope this helps.
We do the same and save the DD notifications in our Sage folder. Always accessible and can reprint any time.
You could go back to Generate Direct Deposits and check the "Regenerate Direct Deposits" file, making sure to choose the same batch. It will create another Direct Deposit file, but it should be identical to the original file, and it will allow you to print them again.
