Invoice Holds

Hello,

We have been adding all of our holds on invoices under AP - Check Select. I am trying to figure out how to get these holds to show under an Inquiry in IQ. I notice that a "soft hold" don't show at all, when a VENDOR has a "hard hold" it shows a 1, and when an INVOICE has a "hard hold" it again doesn't show anything. We place holds on individual invoices and keep all of our notes here as well.

Trying to figure out a better system for tracking holds, notes, correspondence, compliance, etc. as only one person can be in check select at a time. We have dozens/hundreds of subcontractors and pay apps open at once and need a better way to track backup documentation before releasing payment. Not very knowledgeable in Sage, any help or advice is appreciated, including your flows for something similar.
