GL - Post Entries and then GL - Inquiry - Account:  Condition that Job EQ blank and Accounting Date GE to beginning of your accounting period.  Some things may have posted to General Ledger but not posted to a particular Job.  

The report isn't meant to include "last month and this month".  It's a summary of one period of activity based on how you filled out the prompts.  For example, if you say 01-01-24 to 01-31-24 it will pull JC transactions for January 2024 only. 

If you try to say 12-01-23 to 01-31-24 (2 months) in JC, GL is only going to give you one period, 0 roll back meaning the current period in GL, 1 roll back meaning the previous period's activity.  So you're comparing 2 months of JC to 1 month of GL and it won't match.  It's like comparing apples to oranges.
