Are you using the Accounts Receivable application, or only entering billings and payment through Job Cost?

Most of the AR Aging reports provided with the system in the Accounts Receivable application include a check box to indicate whether you want to show unpaid invoices only, providing a choice to include all activity.

We enter billing and payments through Job Cost.  We don't have a separate AR application.  But I would think there would be a report I could run to see what I've invoiced?

In Job Cost > Inquiry > Billing Summary you can find a listing of Jobs showing summary totals. Click on an Amount in the "Billed to Date" column and you will be taken to a summary of the Billings. Then click on any item to see detail of billings and payments.
