JC - Setup - Copy Job:  Enter the pattern job number, enter the new number, and hit New Job.  It will copy the cost codes, categories, extras, job tabs and their settings.  Check the new job when finished to make sure it's what you were wanting it to do.    You can find more information under JC - Help - Help Files - Copy Job

Thanks!  I have another question about cost codes.  Is there a report I can print out that list all the cost codes I have entered for a speific job?

Not that I know of.  It would be something you could write easily with Report Designer.  Base it on the JC-Cost Code record or the JC- Category record.

you can go to Reports, Cost Control, Job Cost Summary (for cost codes) or Job Cost (for cost codes and categories) and delete the conditions on that report. Click Ranges and select the job, it will show you all cost codes set up on that job.
