Does anyone have a way of pulling specified text from within an alpha field, from right to left?

Example: Job Description field contains: Hudson - Model

I want to report to be able look through all job descriptions and identify which ones have 'Model' in description.

If I were using Crystal Reports, I could use the 'Contains' function.

Any ideas, anyone?

Hi Kory,

A good option here would be to export your job list inquiry (Inquiry, Lists, Job List) to excel by clicking the Export to Excel button, then you can use Excel's Find function to find the text.

For alpha values, the PART function counts the starting position and length parameters from left to right. All other types of values are counted from right to left. For example, PART("ABCDEFG", 5, 2) = EF, and PART(123456, 5, 2) = 12.
